  • Every TV is different, but most current TVs will let you turn off your internal TV speakers in the Settings menu under the Audio section.
  • The on/off button is a spring-loaded slider button. Press the button upwards against the spring pressure, and hold it there for about three seconds. Now you will hear the "off" prompt sound in the headphone speakers, and the LED light goes out. Now the headphones are switched off. Please note that if you do not play music or press any button for about 10 minutes, the headphones will switch off automatically.
  • The best way to remove the enhancer from the ear bud is to gently pull back the outer rim of the enhancer that is located around the base of the ear bud. When replacing the current enhancers with a different size, please make sure to align the funnel of the enhancer tip over the small speaker screen of the headphone casing. The LEFT enhancer will feature the square cut out that allows you to receive your Heart Rate reading. It is important that the small digital square on the ear bud is fully exposed and the enhancer cut out is placed around it and not over it. If the enhancer is not attached properly, you will hear the audible voice stating that it cannot receive an accurate reading on your heart rate and you will need to readjust the enhancer.
  • The JBL product is in a deep sleep mode, which it is to prolong the lifetime of the battery. Connect the case to a charger for about 2 seconds to wake the product up and take the earbuds out from the case. Once you put the earbuds back in the case, it's ready to pair through Bluetooth.

  • Two quick clicks on the microphone will skip the track forward. Three quick clicks on the microphone will skip the track backward to the previous song.
  • The track control button is located in the center of the inline microphone. This also serves as the pause/play button and enables you to answer and hang up phone calls. Two quick clicks on the center button will skip the tracks forward to the next song. Multiple quick clicks will skip the tracks backward. Compatibility may vary with some older phone models.
  • To skip the tracks forward, you press and hold the volume up button for 3 seconds. To skip tracks backward, press and hold the volume down button for 3 seconds.
  • To skip the tracks forward, you press and hold the volume up button for 3 seconds. To skip tracks backward, press and hold the volume down button for 3 seconds.
  • At the bottom of the Setup Source page for the specific source you are setting up you will find a field labeled Zone II Input or Zone II Audio Input. This is where you will assign the analog audio input that you will use for this particular source. The Zone II audio is strictly analog. So, for example, if you are planning to use your DVD player for the main room and Zone II, you will need to connect the DVD player to the AVR using both analog and digital connections, digital for the main room, and analog for Zone II.
  • In the Harman Kardon Controller app, set up the Adapt as a stand-alone room, not a stereo pair room. The Adapt always delivers stereo audio via its Audio Out jack.
  • When less than one hour's capacity is left, the red diode will blink. It will eventually stop blinking, when all power is gone.
  • While charging, the charging indicator diode is lighting constantly. When charging is complete, the light goes out.
  • The L and R that indicate the two channels are located on the soft grommets that protects the signal cable where it enters the headphone shell. The letters are recessed into the grommets, and are very small. If they are too difficult to read, it may be easier to simply observe how the headphones are situated in the ears. The oval body of each in-ear, with the chrome stripe, should be away from the head, and be situated in the ear lobe, not stick out directly from the head.
  • The charging LED on the headset will flash red when the battery is low. For the ELITE models, a more accurate indication of remaining battery time can be seen on the fuel gauge in the app.
  • Press Phone and "volume +" > 2 sec. Power must be on.
    1. Turn the unit ON.

    - The Go + Play 3 will power off and back on and is now reset

  • For all models except Endurance Peak:
Press the headphone touch control located on the RIGHT ear loop for 15 seconds while the headphones are being charged.
Note that resetting the Dive will not erase music contained in the MP3 memory.

  • Power ON the device, then press and hold the "Volume+" and the "Play/Pause" buttons at the same time. When the device switches off after a few seconds, sounding the OFF prompt, it has been reset.
  • In order to reset the Charge 4, with the unit on, press “Volume+” and “Bluetooth” at the same time for 3-4 seconds until you hear the audible chime.

  • With the headphones switched ON, press VOLUME + and VOLUME - , and hold them for 5 seconds. Your headphones are now reset to factory settings. This is true for Everest 310, 710, Elite 750, 310GA and 710GA.
  • Find a paper clip or something similar, then next to the power connection there is a small hole. Insert your paper clip and hold it until the Harman Kardon Allure tells you it is reset.
  • With the headphone in OFF state, press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 7 seconds for the Everest, 16 seconds for the Everest ELITE models. (ELITE changes to 7 seconds as well from software 0.5.6). Bluetooth memory is now erased, and new pairings can be made. An ELITE headphone permits pairing with one source device at a time. If you do not want to do a complete reset as described above, you can use the following method. Without reset, ELITE will try to re-pair with the last source when switched ON. If the last source is not detected, maybe because you want to use another source device, switch the ELITE off and on again, and make sure that the last source device you used is no longer switched ON. This way the ELITE will not be able to "see" the old source, and it will search for a new one. Now the ELITE will again search for the last paired source, and since it cannot find it after some seconds, it will switch back to be open for pairing with a new source. The LED will blink red/blue as an indication of this. The Everest BT models permit pairing with two source devices simultaneously. If you have used both source pairings, and want to pair to a third source, please perform the reset as described above (hold the ON/OFF button for about 7 seconds with the Everest OFF). Now you can again pair two source devices.
