UA Flash: Pairing to a different device

To connect to a new device, begin with the headphones powered off and hold the center button on the RIGHT headphone for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. You will hear the BT pairing audible chime as it searches for a different device. Make sure the device you are wanting to connect to is in range and BT is on. Once connected you will hear the audible Connected chime. Once Right ear is connected, press and hold the center button on LEFT ear for 3 seconds as it powers on and connects to the device followed by the same Connected audible chime.

UA Flash: Controlling Music

To pause/play music, press center button on RIGHT ear for 1 second. To skip tracks forward, DOUBLE CLICK the center button on RIGHT ear. Unfortunately, you cannot skip tracks backward.

UA Flash: Charging Information

To charge the UA Flash, place inside charging case. While charging, both LEFT and RIGHT ear bud will display a sold red light. Once the headphones are fully charged. The red light will turn OFF. When the charging case is fully charged, the white LED's will light up accordingly: 0= 0% Dead 2-3 = 40%-50% 4=100% Full battery life

UA Flash: Call Information

To take a phone call, press the center button of the RIGHT ear for 1 second. To hang up a call, press and hold the center button on the RIGHT ear for 1 second. To ignore a call, press and hold center button for 3 seconds until music resumes.

UA Flash: Ambient Aware Technology

To activate Ambient Aware DOUBLE CLICK the center button located on the LEFT ear. You should hear the music level drop. To resume to normal music level, DOUBLE CLICK the center button on LEFT ear again.

Track Control Information

To skip tracks forward, double click the PAUSE/PLAY to advance to the next track. Please note: You can only skip tracks forward. This speaker does not have the capability to skip to the previous track.

The setup process fails with a device running Android 7.0 or higher for my OMNI+ speaker, how can I make it connect?

If you experience a problem with setup using an Android 7.0 or higher device, please perform the following steps: First, force stop the HK Controller app from running in background. Second, go to your phone or tablet Wi-Fi settings, find the Omni speaker setup Wi-Fi network, and select “Forget Network”.Third, reopen the HK Controller app and begin the setup process again. After performing these steps, you will be able to complete the setup process for your speakers.

The audio is not centered to my monitor, what should I do?

If the audio is not centered to your monitor, then you can re-center your headset by doing the following: 1. Position yourself in front of your monitor. 2. Press the re-centering button on the side of your headset (button that looks like a circle) 3. The head-tracking sensor will start the automatic calibration.

TalkThru Technology

To activate TalkThru Technology, press the LEFT ear for a short press for 1 Second which allows you to clearly hear others for quick conversations without removing headphons. Music volume level should lower when TalkThru is engaged. Press again for 1 second to turn off Talk Thru.

Switching or Changing to a new Wireless Network
Switching to a new Wi-Fi network
1. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wireless Network as your speaker.
2. Open your Google Home app
3. Go to Settings
4. Tap on Wi-FI Forget Network
  1. The current configuration is now forgotten.
5. In your Google Home app, you are forced back to the "Home Screen" and need to setup the device again.
6. Tap on
7. Find Add Set up device Set up new devices in your home
8. Follow the instructions given to add the speaker to your Wi-Fi network.
Lost connection or changed settings
1. Open the Google Home app
2. On the home screen, tap on AddSet up device Set up new devices in your home
3. Follow the instruction provided.
  1. Remember that your current room name is the same as before, as well as other settings made for the speaker. You are only switching to a new Wi-Fi.
4. In addition, you can click on Discovery in the bottom menu of the Google Home app.
5. Tap on the Setup The Card information would show your old speaker name. However, you can continue setting up the device following the instructions.
