  • Yes, the click-on connector that holds the earphone in place on the Oculus Rift is adjustable in small clicks, longer or shorter.
  • No, the No. AUX outputs cannot be used for any Atmos channels.
  • Yes, you can use cabled audio connection instead of Bluetooth on the N60NC Wireless, if you prefer. You can listen to a cabled source even if the battery is empty, but the noise cancelling function will of course not be available in this case. If the battery is charged, you can switch noise cancellation on or off at will. You do not have to have a cable connected at all. You can use the headphones as noise cancellers just by putting them on, and switching NC on.
  • Yes, the transmitter / charging dock is designed to be easily hung on a wall with just two screws. Of course the headphone can be charged in this position also.
  • Because bluetooth cannot travel through water, the only Endurance model that is used for swimming is the Endurance DIVE model. The Endurance DIVE model features an MP3 player which allows you to listen to music under water without using bluetooth. Furthermore, only DIVE features a function lock, which prevents water from activating functions inadvertently. SPRINT and JUMP do not have this lock function, and will not work under water.
  • The JBL Endurance SPRINT, JUMP and DIVE can be used in salt water (i.e. sea) but we recommend to thoroughly wash the headphones in fresh water after every use in salt water, to remove the salt residue. Please note that only DIVE can actually be used in water, because it features a function lock and a built-in memory for MP3 music files. SPRINT and JUMP cannot be used in water, because the touch buttons will malfunction when submerged, and Bluetooth cannot function at all under water.
  • Yes, the headphone will still work as a pasive headphone.
  • The headphones can pair to multiple devices but can only be connected to one device at a time.
  • The Everest 300 ear pads can be replaced by owner, but it is not easy, and removing the old pads may damage them. So, it is not a bad idea to have new pads at hand before removing the old ones. Since they are glued in place with double-adhesive tape, it is necessary to rip them off with care. After removing the old ones, clean off any residue of the double-adhesive tape that held them in place from the headphone pods. Then remove the protective layer on the new pads, exposing the adhesive. Carefully align the new pad before pressing the edge. This is to prevent the glue from sticking before you get the pad into the right position. When the pad sits correctly, you can press the edge all the way round to make the adhesive stick securely.
  • Yes, the two model 300 versions are of identical size, and so are the two model 700 versions. The carrying cases can be purchased as spare parts.
  • The functions that can be programmed from your TV remote control into Boost TV are Volume+ and Volume-, Mute and Power. No other functions can be learned.
  • This is not supported at this time, but the upcoming Omni+ speakers will support Google Chromecast built-in, which has support for many Internet radio services such as TuneIn Radio.
