You can use a 3.5 mini-jack cable to connect the Citation Amp (TRIGGER OUT 12V) with your subwoofer or other equipment to have them power on when the Citation Amp wakes from standby.

Our Quantum 800/600 headsets are designed to be connected via 2.4Ghz, BT ( 800 only ) or 3.5mm jack. USB-C port is only designed for charging the internal 14hr battery and does not provide an audio connection. This is an intentional design decision.

Unfortunately, our JBL Quantum DUO speakers are not supported by our QuantumENGINE PC software.

This receiver has a feature called "A/V Sync Delay" that allows you to manually set dissimilar video and audio synchronization that may occur with certain types of Plasma and HDTV's. The InfinityLab power bank will have lower charging efficiency under cold or freezing environments (below 5 degrees Celcius). Therefore, you will feel it’s charging slowly.

Normally, batteries under 100Wh (Watt-hour) can be carried on the plane during flights.
InfinityLab 5.000 power bank is 18.65Wh (Watt-hour), and the 10.000 power bank is 38.5Wh (Watt-hour), which should be allowed as a carry-on item.
We advise you to consult the flight company if you are in doubt before using it as a carry-on item.

The InfinityLAB charger is not designed for wet environment.
It is not waterproof, if it gets wet, there's a chance for short-circuit, which can cause damage to other electronics that you plug into them.

The TV input is a single audio input with different options for connectors. If an HDMI cable is connected, then it will always be prioritized. Optical and coaxial digital will be prioritized by first signal present (Be aware, that some optical outputs will register as signal always)

Software updates for your speaker can be done using the JBL Portable app.
Download it from the Apple App store and Google Play store.
If there is an available update, look for the small red dot above the gear icon and follow the download instructions (see image below).

Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds, it will power on/off the TRIP. Short press on the power button will lock and unlock top capacities touch buttons on the TRIP. Talk Thru technology allows you to clearly hear others for quick conversations without removing your UA Train headphones. To activate TalkThru mode, press the UA logo on the RIGHT ear for 1 second. You will hear your music level lower when TalkThru Technology is engaged. To revert back to normal volume, simply press the UA logo again. Yes, The UA Train ear cushions can be removed and washed. To remove the ear cushions, peel cushion away from ear cup center. Hand wash the ear cushions only with liquid soap for 5 minutes. Swish in soapy water, then swish through clean water until there are no more soap suds. Wait for ear cushions to fully dry, and gently stretch the cushion, inserting the cushion ring into the ear cup slot, and working your way around. Press and hold the circle power button for 3-5 seconds. This will be located on the LEFT arm of the neckband. We recommend having one or both ear tips in your ear to listen to the audio commands. Continue to press and hold until you hear the audible voice stating, “powering on.” If this is your first time powering on the headphones it will automatically go into pairing mode in which you will hear the audio voice prompt stating “looking for device”. Make sure that the device you are attempting to connect to is in the Bluetooth search mode and within range. UA | JBL Flex should appear on your device within 3-8 seconds.
