Locate the power button on the back of the right ear cup. Gently slide the spring loaded power button up for 2-3 seconds and release. Once turned on, it will display a solid white light. If this is your first time powering on the device it should automatically go into pairing mode, and will display a fast blinking blue light. Make sure the device you are attempting to connect to is in search mode. The headphones should pop up on your list of discoverable devices within 3-5 seconds, and connect. You will need to navigate to the System section, and if the software button is highlighted with "Download Software", please click on the button. When the download is completed, you can click "install update" to install latest version. The on/off button is a spring-loaded slider button. Press the button upwards against the spring pressure, and hold it there for about three seconds. Now you will hear the "off" prompt sound in the headphone speakers, and the LED light goes out. Now the headphones are switched off. For all models except Endurance Peak:
Press the headphone touch control located on the RIGHT ear loop for 15 seconds while the headphones are being charged.
Note that resetting the Dive will not erase music contained in the MP3 memory.

The best way is to carefully insert your nail in the groove where the two halves of the plug meet, then press into the groove until the two sections separate. If you pull on the cord, you may damage the cable by dislodging the cable from the plug.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
