Filename: JBL Bar9.1 TWS ver 22.01.31.80.zip- Fixed a grouping issue with other Chromecast built-in speakers (read below):
- 3rd party Chromecast built-in speakers using a Google SDK less than 1.52GM2 can not be grouped with 1st party Google speakers any longer. This update brings the Bar 9.1 up to 1.52GM2, which means once again, it can be grouped with 1st party Google speakers
- Software update resolves the issues with the "Google Home" app if you are using an Android phone (read below):
- Speakers with an SDK less than 1.52GM2 set up with a Google Pixel phone need to use a new, additional app called the "Device Utility app" to complete the Wi-Fi setup. After this update, customers may use the Google Home app as normal for Wi-Fi setup
- General software and performance improvements:
- Sometimes there was a 0.5sec audio drop during ARC streaming with PCM format, now improved!
- Import MTK patch to solve continuous distortion after connecting Apple TV to a Sony TV while playing PCM stream in eARC source.
Note: This software upgrade is not applicable for JBL Bar 9.1 China version.

In order to skip the tracks on the Y500 headphones, slide and hold Volume Up (to skip forward) or Volume Down (to skip backwards) for 3 seconds. These buttons are located on the LEFT ear cup.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

In order to power on and pair the Y500, make sure that the device you are attempting to connect to has the BT on and is in search mode. Move the ON/OFF button from its OFF position to its ON position, which is the middle of the cutout located on the RIGHT ear cup. It will remain there, and the headphones are now ON. The blue LED will start blinking, indicating that Bluetooth pairing is possible. If you need to reset the BT pairing, move the ON/OFF button against the spring load button to the opposite position of the OFF position, and keep it there for 4- 5 seconds. Now the BT system is reset, and new pairing is possible. Please Note: The Y500 features Multi-point Connectivity which allows you to switch from two different devices.Was this helpful? The Y500 features the speed charge (5 min charging time = 1 Hour Playtime) In order to charge the headphones, use the micro USB charger that is included in the packaging. The charging port is located at the bottom of the RIGHT ear cup. Once the headphones are charging, you will see a solid red light next to the port. Once the headphones are fully charged, the red light indicator will turn off. Please Note: You cannot use the headphones via BT while they are charging. You can activate the Ambient Aware and TalkThru functions and assign one of them to the smart-button. AA will open the external microphones and mute the music so you can hear what is going on around you. You cannot disengage ANC, it is always on when the headphones are on. However, you can listen to music via cable if you do not switch the N700 on at all, which means that ANC will not be active.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
