Subwoofer placement is an art in itself. You will hear two different statements about the positioning of a sub. You will hear people say that it doesn't matter where you put the sub, you can put it anywhere in a room. You will also hear people say that placement is very critical. It sounds like these two statements contradict each other. Believe it or not, they don't. It is generally believed by most audio authorities that low frequencies (below 125Hz) are non-directional, and therefore, placement of a subwoofer within any listening room is not critical. While in theory it is true that the larger wavelengths of very low frequencies are basically non-directional, the fact is that when installing a subwoofer within the limited confines of a room, reflections, standing waves and absorptions generated within the room will strongly influence the performance of any subwoofer system. As a result, specific location of the subwoofer becomes important, and we strongly recommend that you experiment with placement before choosing a final location. There are threaded inserts for mounting screws in the bottom of the Omni 10+ and Omni 20+. Mounting accessories are not available via Harman Kardon. For Omni 10+ there are two mounting screw holes which are 3mm in diameter and 67mm apart. For Omni 20+ there are two mounting screw holes which are 3mm in diameter and 110,5mm apart.Was this helpful? There are multiple ways to check your heart rate (HR) while using your headphones both in and out of workouts. On the UA Record mobile app select the UA Sync icon in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard. If your headphones are connected, they will appear under "My Apps and Devices". Tap on "UA Sport Wireless Heart Rate" and you will see your headphones settings. Your current heart rate will appear under the headphones' image. You will hear your heart rate when using the headphones during a UA Record workout with audio coaching. While using with your UA Band during a workout your HR will be shown with your workout stats and will coordinate with the HR zone LED on the Band. NOTE: LINK speakers must be set up on a WiFi network before Bluetooth can be activated. Once it is set up, you can use Bluetooth anywhere (Unless you reset the speaker and start all over with installation).
Pairing issues with a Smartphone or Tablet:- First try to restart the Bluetooth connection on your source device (Smartphone/tablet) by switching Bluetooth off and on again with a short pause in between.
- Forget previous paired connection (on your smartphone/tablet) in your Bluetooth settings if you once had paired with our product.
- Try to restart source device(Smartphone/tablet) by powering it off and on again, and after restart try to establish a Bluetooth connection to your JBL LINK device.
- If above does not work, then try to restart your JBL LINK device by turning it off and on again.
- Press and hold down the Bluetooth button on your JBL LINK device to initiate pairing mode again.
- Go into Bluetooth settings on your Smartphone/tablet.
- Perform a restart or reset if you are not able to connect after above steps.

You should hear the audible voice stating ‘low battery’ when you have about 20 minutes left of battery life left on the UA WIRELESS headphones. Please press the round POWER Button on the FLIP again for 3 seconds, until the light in the button flashes blue/red. Some head units in the vehicles use isolated grand, if JBL DRG use isolated grand as well, this will disable the chips inside DRG. This is caused by the volume synchronizaton system in the iPad. When you switch off the iPad with click sounds activated, it sends the click sound to the Go+Play, also ordering the Go+Play to increase volume to maximum. The hiss is a result of the Go+Play Wireless being at full volume. As soon as you re-start your music playing from the iPad, volume is back to normal music use. If you do not switch the iPad on again, the Go+Play goes into standby after a few minutes, and the hiss disappears. Please check the picture settings on your cable box, particularly the aspect ratio settings, which will vary depending on the brand and model of your cable box and on your local cable provider. You may wish to consult with your cable provider for more information on how to adjust the cable box's settings. To set up the Harman Kardon Adapt in the HK Controller app, you have to select "One speaker", not the Adapt+ option. When selecting "One speaker", simply follow the on-screen instructions to install your Adapt on the Wi-Fi network. The rechargeable AAA cells may of course be worn out, or they may not be installed at all. If this is the case, either insert the cells, or you can order new cells as original spare parts. Please contact Harman Helpdesk for your country, or the distributor for your country, for further info about how to buy new cells. Please note that the cells MUST be compatible with charging contact for the minus pole located on the side of the cell. Normal cells will not work. This is clearly mentioned in the owner's manual, and shown with a drawing. If you have purchased new cells with plastic coating along the length of the cell, it may be possible to peel off the coating by cutting gently with a knife, then peeling it off. Only about 1 cm needs to be open to the metal, closest to the flat end, for contact to be possible. Please note that the ear pads on K 912 are removed by simply grabbing the plastic plate that holds the ear pad, and pulling it away from the ear pod. There is one battery in each ear pod. For K 915, never just pull the pad away, since the locking claws are released by being rotated away from their locked position.. Both batteries are under the right-hand pad, and there is a silk-screened instruction on the top of the pod, showing that you must rotate the pad plate just a few mm counter-clockwise to unlock it.Was this helpful? This problem is usually caused by pressing down too hard on the soundbar's VOL + or VOL - Buttons. Only press just enough for one click to be felt. If a second click is felt in the button, you are pressing too hard, and you are actually activating the MUTE function for learning, not VOL up or down. You may have to repeatedly let go of the VOL button on the soundbar, followed by pressing it again and then pressing the VOL button on the TV remote before the surround light on the soundbar lights up white and goes back to amber flashing, as a sign that this function has been learned. This is no problem, though. Just keep trying until the three commands have been learned. When the speaker is switching quickly between music sources via Bluetooth, it's normal to experience a very short 'pop' sound because the Bluetooth signal is breaking in and doing the handshake with the speaker. With typical headphones, when you move your head, the soundscape follows your movement. Wi-Fi requirement
- Wi-Fi routers must have Encryption enabled to install JBL LINK speakers (WPA2 etc).
- Wi-Fi Extenders need to feature support of Multicast forwarding and UPnP.
- Always use 5 GHz Wi-Fi for best performance and less interference.
- For routers that have 2.4G Wi-Fi support only, make sure that they are using channels 1, 6 or 11 only.

Let's run through some basic check marks to ensure we didn't miss anything while setting up your device.
- Your Citation device is turned on
- Check the password you have entered, and re-enter it again (typos can happen).
- Make sure your mobile device has the initial support needed:
- Android 4.4 OS and higher
- Apple iOS 10 OS and higher
- The latest version of Google Home app
- Your phone needs Bluetooth to be on
- Enable Location Service
(Android only)
- Plus you need to permit Google Home app
to access your location on the phone (Android only).
The basic check is done, and we are now moving into your Wireless network setup.- Try moving your speaker closer to the Wireless network router
- Have you previously connected the speaker to your WiFi network? If yes, look below or move to "Troubleshooting"
- Did you recently make any changes to your network, such as buying a new router, adding an extender, or maybe changed settings?

Maybe your ISP (Internet Service Provider) did some changes, possibly even updating your Wireless router software.
Troubleshooting- Your WiFi router might need a reboot, unplug power for 1 minute and connect power again.
- While you are rebooting your WiFi router, we advise doing the same for your speaker. Simply disconnect power and reconnect power again.
- In case rebooting the speaker didn't work, let's try resetting your speaker by pressing the Reset Button
for 5 seconds (Front LED will light up).
- Go ahead with the setup again (remember to open Google Home app
)
- Reboot your mobile device
WiFi Network Troubleshooting- Check your WiFi router settings. Be sure that UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is enabled.
- Change Wireless channels on your WiFi router on 2.4G or 5G..
- Avoid using other channels on 2.4G other than 1, 6 and 11. The rest are a NO-GO.
- Keep a maximum of 8 devices in total on 2.4G (that is including our speakers).
- Move products to WiFi 5G band, if they support it, to reduce the stress factor on the 2.4G band
- Check your WiFi router to see if there is a MAC address limitation.
- MAC address limitation is when your router is set/fixed to a maximum of 20 devices (or whatever it may have been configured for).
- When you want to add the 21st device your router will deny access because you have filled up the 20 devices.
- You need to clear or delete old devices that are not in use anymore. This may require someone with technical knowledge.
- We advise that you don't have any MAC address limitations at all.
- Avoid bad extenders (Cheap ones are often not powerful enough to deal with or handle the kind of data required to transmit high quality audio).
- With extenders, the connection between "router and extender" is decreased by 50%. That said, your data will be even slower,. having to processes it while the speed is decreased.

Make sure both headphones are fully charged to ensure that the issue is not due to one of the earbuds lacking power.
Check that the contact points on the headphones and the charging case are clear of dirt, so the issue is not due to the product not being able to charge.
The LED on the headphones will show a blue light when correctly inserted in the charging case.
Try to reset the headphones if the product is fully charged but are still only working in Mono mode.

If your teammates can not hear you, make sure of the following:
USB is correctly plugged in
Only one voice chat application is in use while in-game.
The mic input is set to JBL Quantum Stream.
Mic gain is not turned all the way down

If you are not able to turn Spatial Audio on and the option is greyed out on the JBL Smart Tx, then you need to do the following.
- Open the JBL Headphones app
- Disable High-Resolution Audio (LDAC)
- The headphones will turn off and reboot
- You can enable Spatial Audio after the reboot

To have the best possible performance for OMNI+ system we advise to have a dual-band router with a powerful chipset and ram for best Wi-Fi performance. This will not only help our products to perform better and more stable, but your other devices at home will have more power and fewer interruptions. Please also be sure that your home Wi-Fi router has Multicast enabled, as our Omni+ system requires this feature enabled in order to work (same goes for Chromecast devices).
