No, each headset must have its own transmitter. However, even if you try to use more than one complete set of 915 in the same room simultaneously, it may not work either. Although the 915 has an automatic scan function that finds available slots in the 2.4 gHz transmission frequency band, interference may still occur. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Yes, you do not need to have music playing to keep the noise cancelling switched on. There may be a slight residual hiss from the NC system, which would usually be masked by music, but there will still be a significant reduction of external noise. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Yes, you can activate the noise reduction circuits alone, with no connection to a source device by Bluetooth or cable. The headphones will stay on as long as there is power in the battery, which is close to 30 hours for pure NC function. Please note that there is a slight residual noise from the NC system, which will be drowned out by music playing, or by surrounding noise such as airplane noise. If you use the NC in surroundings that are near quiet to begin with, you may not get an improvement in noise level. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Yes, but only with music via cable, and noise reduction will not be active. As soon as you insert the charging cable micro-usb plug, the Bluetooth and NC functionalities will be switched off, and they cannot be reactivated unless you remove the charging cable, and there must of course be a charge in the battery. If you listen to cabled music while charging, be prepared to hear noise under certain conditions. Both computers and switch-mode power supplies can be very noisy, and this noise can sometimes be heard as a whine or buzz. This can only be eliminated by using a power supply that does not create noise. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

There is a buffer inside the speakers that processes the incoming signal. This buffer delays the audio signal compared to the video signal, causing a delay. For this, we do not recommend using Omni+ speakers with a TV. Our Omni bar will work with your TV sound and you can create wireless 5.1 surround sound system with the Omni bar.Was this helpful? So if you have a CD player or an FM radio, you can connect the BTA 20 to it, and transmit to your Soundgear (or to other Bluetooth headphones that support the format). Please note that record players need an additional preamplifier to work this way. What you need first
Make sure that these below things are checked before moving further:
- You have the most recent version of the Google Home app installed
- Your LINK device is powered on (LINK 10 and LINK 20 with battery)
- Your LINK device is plugged into a wall outlet (LINK 300, LINK 500 and LINK VIEW)
- The LINK device is located near your router and you are standing next to it.
- The white LED lights in front of the LINK device are blinking, meaning it is ready to be set up
- If you are using an Apple iOS device, then you need to turn on Bluetooth to install the device
-
On your iOS device Home screen, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
- Make sure Bluetooth is On (toggled to the right and green).
- Return back to the Google Home app
.
- Your LINK device should appear as "Set up this device" and you can continue with installing the LINK product.
-
- If you are using an Android device, then you need to turn on Location services
- On your Android device, tap Settings
.
- Tap Location > Turn on location.
- Tap Settings > Apps > Google Home app > Permissions.
- Next to "Location", check the slider is On (toggled to the right and green)
- Your LINK device should appear as "Set up this device" and you can continue with installing the LINK product.
- On your Android device, tap Settings
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Reboot your LINK device
- Disconnect the power cable from your LINK device (300, 500 and VIEW) and for LINK 10 and LINK 20 simply turn the device "OFF".
- Reconnect power cable or turning the device ON for your LINK device.
Step 2. Force close and relaunch the Google Home app
- From your Apple IOS device, do the following below:
- Press the Home button two times quickly. There will be a small preview of your recently used apps.
- Select the app you want to close and swipe up towards the top of the screen.
- From your Android device, do the following below:
- Launch the Recent Applications menu to see small previews of your recently used apps.
- The Recent Apps button should be accessible at nearly any time along the bottom of the screen along with the other buttons on the virtual task bar.
Step 3. Check to see if the device is listed under “Ignored Devices” folder on the Devices tab
- Open the Google Home app.
- In the top right corner of app home screen, tap Devices.
- Scroll all the way down and make sure the LINK device is not listed under the Ignored Devices section.
- NOTE: If you do not see any ignored devices, there is a chance that this section is not listed in the Google Home app.
Last thing to try
If you are still experiencing issues with your LINK device not connecting to your Wireless network, then try the following:
-
Try finding another mobile device to set up your JBL LINK device, sometimes it can help connecting your LINK device.
-
Relocate your LINK device, or try to disable other Wireless network devices that might cause interference for your LINK device.
- Perform a factory reset of your device, by holding down the mute button for 15 seconds (the LINK will now reboot and when the welcome message is heard then you can set it up again).
- Reboot your Wireless router.
- Lastly, try turning Wi-Fi off and then back on again for your mobile device. Reopen your Google Home app and try again.

The Everest 300 ear pads can be replaced by owner, but it is not easy, and removing the old pads may damage them. So, it is not a bad idea to have new pads at hand before removing the old ones. Since they are glued in place with double-adhesive tape, it is necessary to rip them off with care. After removing the old ones, clean off any residue of the double-adhesive tape that held them in place from the headphone pods. Then remove the protective layer on the new pads, exposing the adhesive. Carefully align the new pad before pressing the edge. This is to prevent the glue from sticking before you get the pad into the right position. When the pad sits correctly, you can press the edge all the way round to make the adhesive stick securely. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

The JBL Endurance SPRINT, JUMP and DIVE can be used in salt water (i.e. sea) but we recommend to thoroughly wash the headphones in fresh water after every use in salt water, to remove the salt residue. Please note that only DIVE can actually be used in water, because it features a function lock and a built-in memory for MP3 music files. SPRINT and JUMP cannot be used in water, because the touch buttons will malfunction when submerged, and Bluetooth cannot function at all under water. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
-
Because bluetooth cannot travel through water, the only Endurance model that is used for swimming is the Endurance DIVE model. The Endurance DIVE model features an MP3 player which allows you to listen to music under water without using bluetooth. Furthermore, only DIVE features a function lock, which prevents water from activating functions inadvertently. SPRINT and JUMP do not have this lock function, and will not work under water. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Yes, you can use cabled audio connection instead of Bluetooth on the N60NC Wireless, if you prefer. You can listen to a cabled source even if the battery is empty, but the noise cancelling function will of course not be available in this case. If the battery is charged, you can switch noise cancellation on or off at will. You do not have to have a cable connected at all. You can use the headphones as noise cancellers just by putting them on, and switching NC on.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Yes, but only with certain Android telephones. It is not possible to use iPhones. It is necessary to buy a USB 2.0 cable with Micro-B male plug to Micro-B male plug, OTG functionality. (On-The-Go). This cable is available in different lengths from various electronics shops or web shops. Connecting the telephone and the N90Q with this cable will usually open for digital signal transmission immediately, and the amber charging button on the N90Q will light up as an indication of open connection. (Please note that N90Q can play digital signals from some Apple computers, Macbook, iMac etc.)Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

It is safest is to turn amplifier off, change the switch position, then turn the unit back on. The switches should not be changed if the unit is ON (operate mode), they can be changed if the unit is in standby but only if the standby mode is Green or Power Save. Was this helpful? Since this headphone has Lightning connector, it cannot be used with any Apple product that does not have this connector. Also, it is necessary to use the My JBL Headphone app to play through the headphone, and to be able to control it. This means that only sources that permit the use of apps can be used. This will exclude use of iPod Nano. And of course iPod Shuffle cannot be used, since it has no Lightning connector. IPod Touch works fine, as does iPhones and iPads with Lightning connectors. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
