The system features an automatic mute function that becomes active after 10 seconds of no signal activity. The new Boombox 2 does not feature the Indoor/Outdoor Mode. With the first generation Boombox, the Outdoor Mode was loud, but lacking sufficient bass. The Boombox 2 has both improved bass and loudness to create the perfect balanced sound for all environments.

All InfinityLab power banks are < 100Wh, so there are no restrictions for taking them onto flights as hand luggage (also known as cabin baggage or carry-on luggage).

The limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase, and is valid only on products purchased from authorized resellers in the United States and used in the United States.

NOTE: Warranty coverage can differ by model, please refer to the warranty card included with your product to check your coverage.What is covered by the Infinity warranty?
Unless a different warranty period is stated in the Warranty Card provided with your Infinity product, Infinity warrants for a period of 1 year (5 years for any non-powered speakers) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser, that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from an Infinity authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship. Refer to the Warranty Card provided with your Infinity product for specific details including what is not covered along with other terms and conditions.
During the warranty period, the product or components will be repaired or replaced at Infinity’s option, without charge for either parts or labor. Alternatively, Infinity may decide at their sole discretion to refund the pro-rated portion of the original purchase price based on the remaining balance of the warranty period.
Any warranty service or replacement that is performed will not extend the original warranty period.
What is not covered by this warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover damage or failures that are a result of:
- Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect (including the lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance)
- Damage to, or deterioration of, any accessory or decorative surface
- Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the owner’s manual.
- Damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone other than an authorized Infinity service center
- Deterioration of component parts, the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use such as batteries and headphone ear pads

There can be differences in the internal hardware that also implies different firmwares. These products feature the same specifications and performance expectations. To power on the device, place one of the headphones inside your ear and press and hold the center button on the inline mic. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on” and a blue blinking light should appear at the top of the inline mic. If this is your first time connecting to a device, it should immediately go into pairing mode. The device should recognize the Inspire/Focus 500 Wireless headphone. Once you select that option, the audible voice should state, “connected”. If you are trying to connect to a different device, turn the headphones on and press and hold for 3-5 seconds for the headphones to start searching for a different device. The headphones should appear on your discoverable devices within a few seconds. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on….looking for device” You will see the Bluetooth light alternate between red and blue when it is in pairing mode. The amplifier has a signal sensor on the high-level (speaker level) inputs, so it is not necessary to use a trigger cable when input is high-level, and connected to the high-level inputs. However, low-level input signals through the RCA-phone input sockets do not activate a signal sensor, so use of a trigger cable is MANDATORY for low-level input signal use.Was this helpful? Release date: September 8, 2021Software version 12.2314.0 Release media Via USB software flash tool as provided by Harman Customer Service What’s New: - Fixed a pop noise sound when you play/pause the music.
- Fixed an issue where Bluetooth pairing is always available without pressing the Bluetooth button.
- Enable factory reset via the reset pinhole next to the microphone mute button. For example, use a paperclip, press and hold the button for 5 seconds to reset your Invoke speaker.
- Other minor bug fixes and improvements.
There are two ways to perform this update.
Option 1 (recommended): Do It Yourself Update

- Download the zip file from the link above.
- Unzip/Extract the entire contents of the zip file.
- Read through the instructions (OTA2.pdf) before performing the update to familiarize yourself with the procedure.
- Process 1: Install the driver in your Windows 10 computer so that it can recognize and communicate with your INVOKE.
- NOTE: This is not possible on computers that use BitLocker or other corporate encryption tools. Use a personal computer that does not use advanced encryption.
- Process 2: Install the update on your INVOKE via your Windows 10 computer.
OPTION 2: Factory Update

- Select INVOKE in the Product field.

- Harman will update your product and send it back to you within 2-6 weeks.
