  • There can be differences in the internal hardware that also implies different firmwares. These products feature the same specifications and performance expectations. If the app does not inform you of any new updates, the firmware is current and the product is performing as designed.
  • To power on the device, place one of the headphones inside your ear and press and hold the center button on the inline mic. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on” and a blue blinking light should appear at the top of the inline mic. If this is your first time connecting to a device, it should immediately go into pairing mode. The device should recognize the Inspire/Focus 500 Wireless headphone. Once you select that option, the audible voice should state, “connected”. If you are trying to connect to a different device, turn the headphones on and press and hold for 3-5 seconds for the headphones to start searching for a different device. The headphones should appear on your discoverable devices within a few seconds. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on….looking for device” You will see the Bluetooth light alternate between red and blue when it is in pairing mode. Once connected the Bluetooth will change to a flashing LED light and the audible voice will state, “connected”.

  • The amplifier has a signal sensor on the high-level (speaker level) inputs, so it is not necessary to use a trigger cable when input is high-level, and connected to the high-level inputs. However, low-level input signals through the RCA-phone input sockets do not activate a signal sensor, so use of a trigger cable is MANDATORY for low-level input signal use.

    What’s New:
    1. Fixed a pop noise sound when you play/pause the music.
    2. Fixed an issue where Bluetooth pairing is always available without pressing the Bluetooth button.
    3. Enable factory reset via the reset pinhole next to the microphone mute button. For example, use a paperclip, press and hold the button for 5 seconds to reset your Invoke speaker.
    4. Other minor bug fixes and improvements.


    There are two ways to perform this update.

    Option 1 (recommended): Do It Yourself Update

    1. Download the zip file from the link above.
    2. Unzip/Extract the entire contents of the zip file.
    3. Read through the instructions (OTA2.pdf) before performing the update to familiarize yourself with the procedure.
    4. Process 1: Install the driver in your Windows 10 computer so that it can recognize and communicate with your INVOKE.
      1. NOTE: This is not possible on computers that use BitLocker or other corporate encryption tools. Use a personal computer that does not use advanced encryption.
    5. Process 2: Install the update on your INVOKE via your Windows 10 computer.


    OPTION 2: Factory Update

    1. Click on the link above.
    2. Fill out the online form.
    3. Select INVOKE in the Product field.
    4. Type “Software Update Request” in the Description Of Issue/Problem field.
    5. Click Submit.
    6. Wait to receive an email within 48 hours with instructions for shipping back your unit.
    7. Please note that you are responsible for carefully packing your INVOKE and all shipping charges.
    8. Harman will update your product and send it back to you within 2-6 weeks.
  • Our A2DP profile only support SBC Codec for ESQUIRE 2.
  • This product is rated IP67, which is different from IPX7. IP67 protects the product from submersion in 1 meter (3.3 feet) of water for up to 30 minutes. It is also resistant against dust. Dust accumulation around electronics can lead to hardware failure, so the IP67 rating is an extremely beneficial addition to this product. 
  • This unit is fully dust-proof, and can withstand continuous immersion in water (up to 1.5 meters / 4.9ft for 30 minutes). 
  • We use a sophisticated vetting process to ensure that your image does not contain copyrighted, protected, sexual, suggestive, offensive or inappropriate elements. This includes words and messages. If these algorithms are triggered, your order is automatically cancelled. Please try again with a different image or wording.
  • With different storage conditions and shipping durations, your power bank may go into deep sleep mode to protect the battery. If the power bank does not start charging your device when used for the first time, connect the power bank to a power source and charge it for 15-30 minutes, it should then work normally.
